"It’s okay, the blossom powder is SO so sweet & honestly left me feeling bloated which is super unfortunate as i wanted to love it! Element is great in taste but i haven’t really noticed a difference in anything, ive compared it to shilajit & that seems to work better for my overall health & energy. Wanted to love this but also wish i saw completely honest reviews prior to buying ~ hope this works for others but just didn’t work for me <3"
