Refund policy

Change of Mind 
Oh no! Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. In some cases (very rare cases!) where a product is deemed faulty or there are other extenuating circumstances, we can happily help you out with an exchange, partial or full refund. However, we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost (sorry, but you get it right?) and the shipping of your return is at your own cost (same as previous point). We retain discretion to determine when an exchange vs a partial or full refund is to be provided, if at all. Also, pay attention sale snapper-upperers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the product is deemed faulty.

Australian Consumer Law 
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Absolutely, not! We are law abiding citizens and total geeks. If you purchase a product from us and it has fault, we will either provide you with a replacement or a refund.
If you are concerned that a product you have received from us is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lovewell.earth and you know we got you, we'll have you sorted in no time. 

Refunds
Ok so you've sent it back to us now what? Well, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved or entitled to a refund in accordance with your consumer rights, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, ring the alarm bells with the bank first up because let's face it, they are busy bees with loads of customers and sometimes there may be delays in how they process payments. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet (what! Not fair!), please contact us at hello@lovewell.earth and our superstar refund investigators will get their sleuth on. 

Gifts
We've all been here, you've received a gift (oh, how thoughtful!) but it's not right (awkies!) well, you're in luck - as long as the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Winner winner!

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lovewell Pty Ltd, PO BOX 9065, HARKAWAY VICTORIA 3806, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your product is defective, but you can send via any carrier. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, where you request a refund for changing your mind we will deduct the cost of any shipping from your refund. Where your product is faulty or defective, it goes without saying (but we'll say it anyway!) we will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Also! Super important to note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Another important note (we love notes!) is that if you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Better to be safe than sorry as mum used to always say!
