Shipping policy

Thank you, you superstar orderer! We're chuffed that you spent your hard earned dollars on Lovewell and we're so excited for you to receive your order! Whether you're new to Lovewell (hi, hello, welcome!) or you're an ol' Lovewell crooner that's been with us since the beginning (what a legend!) getting your Lovewell en route is super-dooper exciting! Once you place the order the fireworks go off (not really but they do in our heart, shucks)  and you'll receive a lil somethin' somethin' in your inbox, also know as a confirmation email so that you can have eagle eyes on your package from the moment it leaves LW HQ until it arrives on your doorstep. We ship your product once credit card authorisation is verified and aim to do this Monday to Friday within 1-2 days.

Australian customers are eligible for free shipping with orders over $199 and to obtain must enter code FREESHIP at checkout. *Please note this code is not able to be used in conjunction with other promotional or discount codes.

Our standard Australian shipping option is sent via Australia Post Parcel Post and our express option via Express Post. Our standard international shipments are via Australia Post Express and we also offer the option to ship via DHL Express which is 1-3 business days worldwide. Goods are dispatched from Victoria, Australia and prices include GST for Australian customers. For customers outside of Australia, taxes, duties and fees may be levied by your local authorities and are entirely the purchaser’s responsibility.

 Important note for our international customers:
- For US customers, tariffs are now collected upon payment (as of Nov 27th) and we will pass this fee onto the customs office so you won't have to pay on arrival 
- Please note Lovewell is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
- Some countries may impose a customs or duty fee when receiving your order, fee will vary depending on your country. This is out of Lovewell's control and the onus to pay the fee is on the customer. Any packages that are returned to Lovewell due to customs / duties fees not being paid will be refunded minus the initial shipping fee.
- Whilst we take adequate measures to ensure packages are speedily processed through customs, delays are out of Lovewell's control and at the discretion of the local customs office. Lovewell will not be liable for packages refused by customs and if you have any concerns about import regulations we kindly ask you to contact your local customs office before placing your order.

At time of dispatch, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email so you can track your package. Our processing and dispatch process starts from the moment we get credit card authorisation and verification.

DHL International Express
Typically 1-3 business days but can be 5-7 depending on location. An estimate will be given once the package is lodged and the entire journey can be monitored in real time.

Pre-Order Legends
From time to time we'll offer pre-order on certain Lovewell goodies which means you can order and pay for products in advance to ensure you don't miss out and we'll ship out the second they are back in stock. If you decide you don't want to wait that long, you can totally cancel the order before it is fulfilled. We’ll happily refund you the order amount and even send you a virtual cuddle. 

Credit Card Information Storage
We are super serious about security (say that six times) and use Stripe for online credit card transactions because well, they are as super serious as us. Stripe is a leading provider of payment solutions whose software, systems and procedures have been assessed and certified to PCI Data Security Standards. Through Stripe, Lovewell Pty Ltd does not have access to your card number as this credit card payment is secured by them. Credit card information is encrypted and stored in a system completely isolated from Stripe. At no time is unencrypted card data stored on disk either inside Stripe's system or in the card storage system. Visit the Stripe website for more information on online credit card payments.
